Faith in Humanity Restored in Baguio
There is always the good in the bad.
There is always the good in the bad.
This is for Shiela Marie Vallador (Asha Vallador on Facebook) as she narrated on social media her experience with kindness from a stranger.
Vallador's narration began with her account on her lost wallet. She stated the large amount of money, as well her ID's and cards.
Her post moved on to a "Kuya Raul", a security guard in Teachers' Camp, Baguio who was in fact, Sgt. Raul Z. Frigillana.
The officer called Vallador via mobile and was given back the wallet without a Peso missing; the officer explained that he had to search through the wallet to get the contact number.
She was then treated as a guest, given something to eat, and even received a souvenir from Frigillana and his wife, "Manang Grace."
Frigillana and his wife have a souvenir shop as a business in La Azotea a cafe and restaurant in Baguio City.
"Minsan ang hirap ng buhay. Struggle. Parang gusto mo na lang maging salbahe dahil salbahe ang mundo sayo. PERO MAY MGA ARAW NA GANITO. Gusto mo na lang din tanungin kung bakit ang bait ng mundo sayo. Ano bang nagawa mo? O magagawa mo???" stated Vallador on her Facebook post on February 4, 2017.
As of this writing her post had received an estimated 3k views and 531 shares.
Vallador did not give any reply for further means of interview.
